Please read these terms and conditions of use (hereinafter "Terms") carefully before using the Carbon Footprint Calculator (hereinafter "the Calculator") provided by EXPERIENCIAS TECNOLOGICAS PARA EVENTOS SA DE CV (hereinafter "we", "our" or "the Company"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Calculator. By using the Calculator, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Using the Calculator

1.1. The Calculator is provided to help you calculate the carbon footprint of your event or activity. The results are estimated and based on the information provided by the user.

1.2. The results of the Calculator should not be considered financial, legal or environmental advice. We recommend that you consult with a qualified professional before making any decisions based on the results of the Calculator.

2. Privacy

2.1. Your privacy is important to us. By using the Calculator, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use and protect your personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws in Mexico.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. The Calculator, including its design, content and source code, is the property of the Company and is protected by intellectual property laws in Mexico and internationally. You have no right to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell or create derivative works of the Calculator without the prior written permission of the Company.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1. The Calculator is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant the reliability or availability of the system.

7.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, and any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mexico.
